लेखन शुल्क संबंधी नीति (Publication Fee Policy)

 

1. Article Submission Fee

There is no fee for submitting a manuscript.

2. Article Processing Charges (APCs)

• If an article is accepted for publication, a fee of ₹3,000 (INR) will be charged to cover editorial processing, copyediting, formatting, DOI, and online publication.
• This ensures that all articles remain freely available online under an Open Access model.

3. Print Copy Charges

Hard copies of the journal are available for ₹1,000 per copy, including postage within India.

4. No Waivers or Discounts

• Due to our already minimal APCs, we do not offer waivers or discounts.
• Our fee structure is designed to be affordable and sustainable for all authors.

5. Editorial Independence

• Editorial decisions are based solely on scholarly merit and not on an author’s ability to pay.
• APC payments are processed only after acceptance, ensuring that financial considerations do not influence peer review or editorial evaluations.

6. Transparency and Payment Policy

• शिक्षा संवाद will never request authors to pay APCs to personal accounts.
• All payments must be made only to the official account of the Samwaad Shiksha Samiti at the Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi Branch.
• All fees are clearly stated on our journal’s website, ensuring authors are fully informed before submission.

This policy ensures fairness, transparency, and sustainability in the journal’s publication process.
